21 Years of Golden Globes Red Carpets: A Look Back at Our Favorite Celeb Moments

The Golden Globes have quite the storied history, but its recent chapters don’t paint a particularly positive picture. Following a troubling investigation into the Hollywood Foreign Press Association’s lack of diversity in 2022, per NPR, that resulted in the event not be aired in any network, the historic award show had to press pause for a year to do some much-needed changes. However, tonight, on Jan 10, the Golden Globes will be back on NBC and will be streaming on Peacock.

In addition to being highly-esteemed awards by themselves, the Golden Globes always had a reputation of being one of the biggest parties in Hollywood, as well as the show that officially kicked off awards season. With that in mind, we can’t help but indulge in a little bit of escapism and nostalgia by looking back at some of our favorite red carpet moments dating back to the early aughts.
