The Critics Choice Awards Then & Now: Celebrities On the Red Carpet Through the Years

Gather your popcorn because awards show season is in full swing — and up next on the roster of star-studded events is the 26th annual Critics Choice Awards. The annual ceremony is this Sunday, March 7, and fan-favorite host Taye Diggs will once again return to fulfill the role (for the third consecutive time!). The Critics Choice Awards (and surely all other ceremonies that follow) will look different due to the continued restrictions of the pandemic, but don’t let that fool you into thinking it will be anything less than a dazzling spectacle. As we saw during last Sunday’s Golden Globe Awards, Hollywood’s A-listers know how to party — even if said party is taking place on Zoom as they tune in from their living room. And you better believe that these celebrities are ready to do it all over again with sparkling jewelry, gorgeous gowns, and a whole lot of glam. (Or, you know, the dressed-down Jason Sudeikis look.)

Since there won’t be a traditional red carpet lineup, expect us eagerly scrolling through Instagram and Twitter to see the elegant looks that will arise from the evening.
