All the Best Photos of Prince George’s Emotional Journey at the Euro Finals

It was the best of times, it was the worst of times, and it was one of many times longtime British royal family fans got to see Prince George taking in the sights and sounds of a spirited sporting event at yesterday 2021 Euro Cup Finals. The eldest son of Prince William and wife Kate Middleton encapsulated a range of emotions during the highly contested match between England and Italy yesterday after previously attending the England-Germany match on June 29. Although Prince George’s beloved England team wasn’t able to clinch the title (losing to Italy 1-1, and then 2-3 in penalties), onlookers got the opportunity to see the future King of England with his beloved mum and dad and his big feelings did not disappoint.

Throughout the matches that Prince George and his parents attended, the youngster celebrated big moments and sat in the front row at Wembley Stadium completely focused on the matches. All dressed up in his little suit, Prince George was practically the spitting image of his dad! Of course, there when it came to the final match, Prince George — like many spectators — did not seem particularly happy with the final score line. In fact, his expression gave a whole new meaning to his ancestor, Queen Victoria’s, turn of phrase: “We are not amused.”

Although England couldn’t clinch the title in the end, royal fans still got quite the treat from seeing Prince George, Prince William, and Kate Middleton cheering on their team like plenty of fans across the globe.
