Chrissy Teigen & John Legend’s Decadent Beverly Hills Mansion Just Sold For $16.8 Million — See Photos Inside

John Legend and Chrissy Teigen have officially bid adieu to their Beverly Hills home, which sold for $16.8 million. The home has been on the market for some time after the couple vacated their former residence last year. The lucky new owners of the home are in for quite a treat, as the stunning home features plenty of amenities in its 8,520-square-foot space.

The gorgeous home is described by listing broker Marshall Peck of Douglas Elliman as “hands down the most beautiful home in Beverly Hills” and comes complete with seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms. Along with design details like tall ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, the home also features extra touches like a private gym and a personal movie theater. The modern design utilizes marble and onyx as some of its main materials. Outside of the home, there is plenty more to enjoy on the 0.86-acre estate.

Along with an outdoor patio that looks like the perfect setup for backyard grilling and entertaining is a jacuzzi and a pool — which definitely comes in handy for those steamy summer days in California. The home also boasts a gorgeous view overlooking the canyons.

The couple have since relocated to a new home with their young children, daughter Luna and son Miles, along with Teigen’s mother. In April 2020, they purchased a $5.1 million eco-friendly home in West Hollywood that is just as brilliant. This home, however, really appeared to tick all of the boxes for contemporary design and a wealth of conveniences in the Beverly Hills community. So, want to see more of the couple’s former digs?
