Christina Haack has found her perfect vacation home back East — and it’s not on the coast. The Flip or Flop star scooped up a four-year-old modern farmhouse just outside of Nashville, Tennessee for $2.5 million. The TV personality and her three kids, daughter Taylor El Moussa, 10, and son Brayden El Moussa, 5, from her marriage to Tarek El Moussa, and son Hudson, 1, from her marriage to Ant Anstead, will have plenty of woods to run around on this property.
The estate boasts a massive 23.82 acres, a 5,000 square-foot home and a four-car garage. The country home also has plenty of interior space with six bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms, so it’s the perfect place to entertain friends and family over the holidays. And that’s exactly what Haack wants because it reminds her of her “favorite childhood memories” on her grandparents’ farm. “This insanely beautiful modern farmhouse had been on the market one day so we went and saw it and I immediately fell in love and made an offer,” she told People. “It’s on 23 acres, super private and has everything I could imagine and more.”
Viewers were able to see Haack purchasing and decorating the estate on the latest season of Christina on the Coast, which was filmed during a transitional time in her life coming off her divorce from Anstead. She definitely had an emotional connection to the property, which will shine through in her decor.
Don’t miss the gorgeous details of the home, including the exposed wooden beams and beautiful brick touches — and be sure to check out more photos at Dirt.
Modern Farmhouse
Christina is going to have all of the southern charm she needs with this modern farmhouse — it truly is a designer’s dream.
Beautiful Brick Wall
The formal dining room has a stunning accent wall with the exposed brick as the focal point. We wonder if the Flip or Flop star kept that chandelier?
Exposed Wooden Beams
The exposed wooden beams with the stunning chandelier will help make this room a spectacular formal living area.
Rustic Kitchen
This rustic kitchen has us dreaming up delicious (and classic) southern cooking recipes. This room has country living written all over it.
Dreamy Open-Floor Plan
Compared to her California lifestyle, the touches of stone, brick and wood are a big departure from her usual design aesthetic.
Cozy Corners
This isn’t a simple square bedroom, the cozy corners give this room a lot of character — and a few decor challenges.
Double Vanity
There’s nothing better than a double vanity in the master bathroom. We love the wooden mirror accents and the sliding barn doors for privacy.
