Nicole Richie & Joel Madden Bought This Stylish $10 Million Beverly Hills Home With Marble Everything

Nicole Richie and Joel Madden love their Beverly Hills neighborhood so much, they decided to sell their home and move up the street. They first put their 5,515-square-foot home on the market and sold it to Adele for $10 million in June. Then they turned around and bought an even bigger home just up the street for $10.2 million.

Their new property is located in the elite, gated community known as The Summit, where they can borrow a cup of sugar from neighbors like Serena Williams and Hilary Duff. The 6,165-square-feet home offers five bedrooms and six bathrooms and was renovated in 2019, so this residence is a turnkey property — and if you like marble, this is the home for you.

Designers Sam Gnatovich and Alexi Rennalls of SIMO Design admitted to Architectural Digest that “it wasn’t love at first sight” when they saw the property, but they saw the possibility and drew inspiration from a very recognizable French brand. “We looked at the Chanel store in Paris and [ancient] stone buildings of storefronts that honored the push and pull of old and new,” Gnatovich revealed.

And we get exactly why Richie and Madden love this place. There’s a beautiful pool for daughter Harlow, 13, and son Sparrow, 11, to enjoy while the adults can sip a drink by the outdoor fireplace. And wait until you see the master bedroom suite — it’s stunning. Check out the photos of the couple’s 90210 abode and don’t miss more photos of the estate at Dirt.
