Leonardo DiCaprio has been on a real estate buying-and-selling spree in 2021. First, he scooped up a $7.1 million Los Feliz home from Modern Family star Jesse Tyler Ferguson and his husband, Justin Mikita. (The house was also once owned by Gwen Stefani, too.) And then he listed his dad, George DiCaprio’s, Red Oak Manor estate in Los Feliz for $5.75 million because he upgraded him to the $7.1 million home. Now the Oscar winner is making moves in Malibu.
The Don’t Look Up star put his Carbon Beach home in Malibu up for sale for $10 million, while shifting his real estate portfolio to a new $13.8 million Malibu beach house in a small gated community called Blue Whale Estates. He’s now neighbors with “Sweet Caroline” singer Neil Diamond, so we expect to see DiCaprio doing a duet after a few cocktails with the legend soon.
The home boasts 3,268 square feet with four bedrooms and five bathrooms, but it’s the magical oceanfront views and private beach access that are the selling point of this property. DiCaprio won’t ever have to worry that he’s being photographed or snooped on by any of the tabloids and he can sit on the deck and enjoy the soothing sounds of the waves — it sounds perfect to us. Don’t miss the romantic hot tub — or the relaxing master bedroom — and be sure to check out more photos of DiCaprio’s home at Dirt.
Malibu Dreams
The home is on a private beach shared by only five properties so Leo doesn’t have to worry about the paparazzi ruining his day of sunbathing.
Galley Kitchen
Does Leo even cook? This tiny galley kitchen still has plenty of counter space food prep while having professional-level appliances a chef would love.
Serene Bedroom
This room is all about the view and falling asleep to the sound of waves crashing along the shore.
Hot Tube with a View
Leo can have a very romantic date night with his girlfriend, Camila Morrone, on this deck. A glass of wine, a dip in the hot tub and privacy all around them.
California Living
Malibu is California living at its finest and these multi-million dollar views are likely why Leo scooped up this beautiful property.
