Supermodel Karlie Kloss and husband Joshua Kushner are on the move — but they aren’t going too far. The couple is off-loading their $23.5 million, 5,672-square-foot penthouse in Manhattan’s famed Puck Building for another one in the same building that’s currently under contract. They’re upgrading to a 7,240-square-foot duplex — more space for baby Levi to crawl around in. And if they don’t like city-dwelling, don’t forget they also have a fancy $23.5 million home in Miami near Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner.
What makes this move fascinating is that the Puck Building is owned by Joshua’s father, Charles Kushner, and brother Jared Kushner — so they are keeping their real estate ties all in the family. The property Kloss and her husband are selling boasts four bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms, which is a sizable space for a New York City apartment. The couple used this space wisely as their family grows, so Levi could have his own playroom filled with toys.
The kitchen is an unusual shape, but it offers plenty of seating area with tons of natural light flowing through, It also reportedly has “a complete catering service suite with a pantry, powder room and storage area” off of the kitchen for all of your fancy dinner party needs, according to the listing, via Dirt. And remember this is a duplex, so if you don’t want to walk up the stairs, you can take an elevator up to the bedroom level. (Ah, to be rich!)
Be sure to check out the photos of Kloss and Kushner’s penthouse — and don’t miss their adorable sitting room in the primary bedroom — and see more photos of the property at Dirt.
A Historic Building
The Puck Building was originally an industrial building used for printing back in 1885. It was turned into condos in 1983 and is one of the most coveted addresses in Manhattan.
Gorgeous Exposed Brick
The stunning ceilings offer a design quality rarely seen with the exposed brick from the original architecture.
A Colorful Kitchen
The sage-colored kitchen may not be everyone’s cup of tea, but it helps brighten up the area as the natural light bounces off the cupboards and drawers.
Narrow Eat-In Kitchen
Even though this is a narrow space, there is still plenty of room for guests to comfortably eat at the table or at the breakfast bar.
Comfy Family Room
This surprisingly casual family room is a fantastic spot to watch Netflix and chill or have a family game night.
A Sweet Playroom
It looks like Levi got some use out of this room with the animal-print pillows, stuffed giraffe in the corner and bins for all of his toys.
Spacious Guest Room
The guest bedroom offers a relaxing place for visitors to rest after a long trip — and there’s still plenty of space for a big suitcase.
Serene Primary Bedroom
The room offers clean lines, natural light and the exposed brick to create a true loft feel within a penthouse.
A Cozy Room for Two
The coziest spot in the house has to be this quaint sitting room off the primary bedroom complete with a fireplace.
You Better Like Marble
The primary bathroom boasts marble countertops, floors and walls, with a silver standalone tub to mirror all of that marble.
