According to a 2021 report from Wedding Wire, U.S. couples spent an average of $5,500 on an engagement ring — but there’s nothing “average” about the seven-figure price tags on some of these celebrities’ rings.

Back in 2010, NHL hockey player Mike Comrie proposed to Hilary Duff with a stunning 14-carat diamond ring, worth around $1 million. Despite the fairytale wedding and jewelry, the pair separated four years later due to irreconcilable differences.

On Oct. 17, Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker gave the news everyone’s been waiting for. When Enrique Iglesias proposed to Anna Kournikova, everyone wanted to see the sparkler immediately. It was a striking 11-carat natural pink pear shape diamond with diamond accents. It’s estimated to be anywhere around $2.5 million to $6 million. The pair married in 2007, split in 2013 briefly, but have been happy together since.
Grace Kelly: $4.1 million

Katy Perry: $5 million
Katy Perry’s love of flora has now gone to her engagement ring. Back in 2019, Orlando Bloom proposed to Perry with a stunning, one-of-a-kind ruby of four carat in size, with diamonds circling it, which imitates a lovely flower. They gave birth to their daughter, Daisy, in 2020.
