Gucci shows have always been a spectacle since their inception, and this year is no different. The legendary Hollywood Boulevard was shut down for a spectacular event held by Gucci, unveiling their Old-Hollywood-inspired collection “Love Parade.”
On Nov. 2, stars lined up the shut-off street to marvel at the colorful ensembles cascading the runway. A-list stars like Jared Leto, Macaulay Culkin, and Jodie Turner-Smith showed off their best modeling skills — and Gucci’s amazing new outfits.
Designed by Alessandro Michele, the luxurious, new collection is a mix of Italian glamour and Old Hollywood. The unexpected looks featured silky pieces, extravagant jewelry, and fresh color combinations that had people craving for more. They also had ornate, unique makeup such as heart eyeliner, bleached brows, and dewy cheeks.
A-listers like Salma Hayek, Billie Eilish, Lizzo, and Olivia Wilde had their eyes glued at the front row, and many showed up head-to-toe in shining, beautiful gowns and tuxes — one attendee even re-wore one of their iconic velvet suits for this occasion.
