Rob Lowe Just Sold This Massive Montecito Estate to Adam Levine For $52 Million — Take a Tour Inside

Adam Levine and wife Behati Prinsloo are major players in the real-estate game. They recently sold their Pacific Palisades home for $57.5 million after buying it from former couple Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner. Now, they’ve sunk $52 million into a stunning Montecito estate that was previously owned by Rob Lowe.

The home is a cross between a Southern mansion and classic East Coast architecture and boasts a 10,000-square-foot main residence with six bedrooms, eight full-bathrooms and three half-bathrooms. If that’s not enough space, there’s also a two-bedroom, two-bathroom guesthouse and a one-bedroom, one-bathroom pool house onsite. Spread out over 3.41 acres, this estate has luxurious amenities including a game room, a huge pool and a tennis court with viewing platforms.

The property is only 90 minutes from Los Angeles, so it’s an easy location to commute from while still enjoying A-list neighbors like Oprah Winfrey, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle and Ellen DeGeneres. If Levine needs to know how something in the house works, he can call Lowe, who still lives in the area. Don’t miss this spectacular property that looks more like a resort — and be sure to check out more photos on Dirt.
