The Saget Family Trust has listed the property with his nephew, Adam Saget, from Compass, which only gives further insight into how beloved the comedian was — there is even a personal touch as the family lets the property go.

The house is described as “warm” and “modern” with lush greenery around the property — it feels like a wonderful place to get away from the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles. Built in 1964 and renovated in 2003, Bob purchased it that same year for $2.895 million, and it is now for sale at $7.765 million. The 6,608-square-foot residence boasts six bedrooms, including a guest house, over 0.3 acres. The home has Elan smart-home technology, the Full House star made sure to “put in smart-house controls and automation” because Bob was always interested in high-tech innovations, his nephew shared in an email statement.

The property has plenty of must-have amenities for a Southern California home, including a pool, spa, and barbecue entertainment area, but it’s the inviting interior that is the key selling point.
