RHOBH Star Kyle Richards Wants to Get Rid of $9.75 Million Aspen Estate Where Bravo TV Drama Went Down

Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky are always playing with their real estate portfolio, most recently selling their Bel Air mansion, but it’s their latest listing that might draw some curiosity from Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fans. The couple put their stunning Aspen home on the market for $9.75 million, but it’s the drama that reportedly goes on there this season that has everyone talking.

“Aspen will never be the same,” Richards told Entertainment Tonight. “Honestly, that is my little happy place and people don’t know that we live there part-time. When I went back this last time, I took some sage with me. There was an Ouija board involved. Things really got out of control, lemme tell you.” Well, TV viewers will have to wait and see what happens, but the new owner might want to work a little magic to get some of the bad vibes out before they move in.

The 2,426-square-foot retreat has four bedrooms and five bathrooms with beautiful decor accents that make the property feel special. From the hardwood floors to the river-rock walls, the residence truly feels like a mountain escape. It has two decks to take in the unbelievable mountain views, along with a fire pit and hot tub on the upper deck. With the home near all of the downtown action (where Hollywood loves to spend New Year’s Eve), this home should be scooped up quickly — just remember to shake off that RHOBH energy before signing the closing papers.
