Ozzy & Sharon Osbourne List Their Gorgeous $18 Million Hancock Park Mansion Because California Taxes Are ‘Too Much’

Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne are on the move after living in the United States for the last 25 years. The couple is reportedly headed back to the U.K. permanently after Sharon joined the host roster at the daytime show, The Talk (not to be confused with the U.S. version she was fired from). Ozzy revealed to The Mirror that they are “a bit sad” to be leaving Los Angeles, but “the tax is getting too much.” The couple is open to a return only “if they do the taxes better.” (Do you hear that Governor Gavin Newsom?)

They listed the 11,565-square-foot Hancock Park home at a hefty $18 million, but the Mediterranean-style home is on one of the most coveted streets in the neighborhood and was fully renovated by the Osbournes after they purchased it in 2015. The residence boasts six bedrooms and nine bathrooms, plenty of room for their adult children Aimée, 38, Kelly, 37, and Jack, 36, to visit — along with their grandkids, too. The 1929-built home sits on just over half an acre and has fabulous backyard amenities for the new owner to enjoy.

The showstopper of the property is the primary suite, which is a complete home away from home within the estate. Sharon made sure every detail was tended to from the sitting room to the dual bathrooms, closets, and dressing areas — no one has to fight over space. Be sure to check out the stunning home with its surprisingly tasteful decor (it’s not the same home as their MTV days) — and see more of the property at Dirt.
