After selling three multi-million mansions. Usher is ready to start buying property again, and he ended up dropping $3.4 million on an insanely unique and colorful mansion in Hollywood Hills. Usher quietly bought this newly renovated property from modeling sister duo Poppy and Cara Delevingne, who originally bought it from Jared Leto back in 2017 for a little over $2 million.
Originally built in 1955, this four-bedroom and four-bathroom home ooze chicness and color. The Delevingne sisters collaborated with L.A.-based architect Nicolò Bini in 2019 to create this new home that has a bunch of unique features like an emerald-lacquered dining room, marble-topped center island and stainless appliances, and an Art Deco-themed master retreat.
This two-level home has everything you could possibly want with a Hollywood home, from the floor-to-ceiling brick fireplace to the extra room that used to be a recording studio. Chances are that Usher will probably convert it back to its musical glory, and we hope to catch a glimpse on social media!
We can see why Usher spent so much on this personality-filled home, and we’ll be sitting here daydreaming about that gorgeous dining room and kitchen area.
Check out the photos here of this insanely cool home, and be sure to see the rest of the details and photos on Dirt!
