Mindy Kaling’s Fully Renovated & Elegant NYC Apartment Finally Hit the Market — & People Can’t Stop Staring at the View

Back in 2017, Mindy Kaling decided to treat herself to a Soho apartment to make into her own (with the help of One Kings Lane designer Sally Gotfredson!) After a few years of renovating the One Kenmare Square building apartment, she’s ready to put it back on the market — but with a bit of an unexpected turn.

The Mindy Projectstar is asking for $350,000 less than the original $3.1 million she paid for, letting it go on the market for only $2.8 million.

With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, this almost 1,200 square-foot apartment is the pinnacle of “NYC loft-living.” Along with the high ceilings and luxe decor touches all throughout the home, it also has an amazing view that we know every New Yorker (or NY lover) will want to get their hands on!

Get this: the home has a stunning, unobstructed view of the Williamsburg Bridge, Kenmare Street, and Petrosino Square. It doesn’t get much better than that!

Along with that, whoever lives in the apartment next gets a bunch of amenities from the building, like a 24-hour doorman and a fully-equipped fitness center. There’s literally no reason you’d have to leave (especially when Instacart is a thing with your groceries!) We’re in love, and we can’t believe Kaling is selling this below the asking price.

But while this apartment will inevitably be snagged up almost instantly, let’s check out the gorgeous details throughout the open-concept, modern home of our dreams.

Check out the photos here, and don’t forget to see the rest on Dirt!
