He’s listed his childhood home, Barnwell Manor, for $5.28 million — it’s a historic property on 27 acres in Northamptonshire, England.

The main residence has a whopping 30,000 square feet of living space and the new owner will get a bonus castle, the 13th-century Barnwell Castle, in the deal. The primary home was built in 1600 and bought by Prince Richard’s dad, Prince Henry, Duke of Gloucester, in 1938. The property was renovated over the years by architect Sir Albert Edward Richardson, but Prince Richard left his country life to raise his own family at Kensington Palace in London. Since 1995, the estate has been a rental property and could use a bit of TLC once the new owners move in.
