New York City is known for many things: the incredible museums, countless delicious restaurants and pricey real estate. From mile-long lines for open houses to record-breaking deals, the city that never sleeps is not one for the faint-hearted when it comes to buying, selling or even renting properties. But, for Bridesmaids star Melissa McCarthy and her husband Ben Falcone, the hefty price tag might not be an issue.
According to reports from Dirt and The Wall Street Journal, the couple is in the process of buying a stunning penthouse in Little Italy for $7.35 million. The three bedrooms, four bathroom apartment is located in The Grand Mulberry, a 20-unit and seven-story building constructed last year by architect Morris Adjmi.
The 2,300-square-foot home has many highlights including an expansive wraparound terrace, a gourmet kitchen outfitted with white matte lacquer cabinetry and a glass-lined living room perfect for entertaining.
McCarthy and Falcone already have two homes together: a mansion in the Toluca Lake, Los Angeles, and a gorgeous estate in Atlanta.
