Kourtney Kardashian & Travis Barker’s New Love Nest is a $14.5 Million Oceanfront Home Formerly Owned By Conan O’Brian – See Photos!

Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker have been married (three times!) for over six months now, but the two have had a separate houses living situation. It looks like the PDA-happy couple is finally taking things to the next level with a shared $14.5 million oceanside love nest that used to belong to late night legend Conan O’Brien.

The cozy oceanfront home is tucked away in Carpinteria, California, just south of Santa Barbara and Montecito. The entire property spans 2,142 square feet and has a private stairway straight to the beach. And, if they don’t feel like walking down to the ocean, they can cozy up next to the metal fireplace and watch the waves through the home’s massive waterfront facing windows. The neighbors are cool, too: Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher also own a property a couple houses down, as do Kevin Costner and George Lucas.

Kourtney explained why she and Barker were not chomping at the bit to move in together once they started dating, or even after they had tied the knot, on an episode of the “Not Skinny, Not Fat” podcast. “We want our kids to also feel really comfortable and they have both lived in their homes their whole lives for the most part, and they each have their rooms and we are a block away,” she said. The two would make time to visit each other daily, but now, at least when they are getting away from Los Angeles, it seems like that won’t be an issue any longer.
