After two decades with the property, Carol Burnett is finally parting ways with her luxurious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo in Westwood, CA.
The award-winning actress and husband Brian Miller first bought an apartment in the Wilshire luxury condominium in the late 1990s, The Wall Street Journal reported. Soon after, in 2002, the duo moved to Santa Barbara and swapped their 25th-floor unit to one on the 13th floor. With the goal of using the place as a pied-à-terre, Burnett and Miller bought the apartment for $1.26 million. They are now selling the fully renovated place for the hefty price tag of $4.2 million.
“We cut our commute in half,” Burnett joked about the apartment swap to The Wall Street Journal, noting the extra elevator time she spared by moving lower.
The place, which spans over 2,500 square feet, has incredible design features including walnut floors, stone countertops and floor-to-ceiling windows all around the home. The apartment also has two verandas that are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the California view.
“We were there for a long, long time,” Burnett told the outlet, “It’s a beautiful building.”
Noting how much she’ll miss the space, Burnett explained her decision to sell was mostly because she’s not in Los Angeles enough. “We’re not in L.A. much anymore,” she explained to WSJ. “If we have to come to L.A. for a meeting, we can always stay in a hotel for a day or two.”

Panoramic Views
Floor-to-ceiling glass walls make up so much of this apartment and there’s a good reason for it. Looking over Westwood and the UCLA campus (Burnett’s alma mater), the views are incredible and light up the room.
Luxury Comfort
Once again, floor-to-ceiling windows make this apartment absolutely breathtaking. A bonus of course is this incredible bed. How cozy does this look?
Wine Anyone?
Featuring high-end stainless appliances, the kitchen is sleek and modern. And do I see two wine cellars there? What a dream!
Glam Room
What screams Old Hollywood more than a glam room with a director’s chair? Any makeup lover would be dying to do their faces here, after all you can see yourself at every angle imaginable.
Getting Down to Business
Burnett and Miller smartly converted one of the bedrooms into a great office space. Full of sunlight and with this incredible black bookshelf, this feels like the perfect place to do business.
