In addition to acting and running her production company, Reese Witherspoonstill manages to make time to flip homes. On Oct 26, Dirt reported that the Legally Blonde actress just closed a deal to sell the Nashville home she completely renovated.
The deal, which happened off-market, was closed by music producer Randy Wachtler for $7.4 million. Back in the summer of 2018, Witherspoon and husband Jim Toth invested a little over half of that amount for the place.
The charming colonial-style home was built in the 1930s and has a whopping six bedrooms and eight baths. The exterior of the two-story, 8,400 square feet home is flanked with columns. It rests on 1.23-acres of land with a pool and an expansive deck to relax and entertain.
Inside, the home is fully renovated. Crisp white walls allow for an airy, light feel and the modern accents make for a great mix between classic and new. Other highlights of the home include a gourmet kitchen with a marble island, a cozy sunroom and a floor-to-ceiling brick fireplace.
