Bethenny Frankel’s Former Posh NYC Condo Is Back on the Market for Nearly $7 Million — See the Photos

Bethenny Frankel is all about the glitz and glamour, so it’s no wonder any home she inhabits is full of the best of the best. Back in 2016, Frankel sold her gorgeous Tribeca condo for its full asking price of nearly $7 million. It only lasted one day on the market, and we’re sure it’ll sell almost immediately now it’s back on the market.

But Frankel isn’t the one selling it this time, and it’s none other than Stranger Thingsdirector/producer Shawn Levy. He’s putting up the three bedrooms and three bathroom, nearly $7 million home after upgrading to a $13.5 million duplex penthouse in the same town.

With over 3,000 square feet and with 12-foot ceilings, this converted 1920s brick condo boasts a bunch of amenities. Along with the entertainment and kitchen additions, this home has 24-hour doorman service, a stellar roof deck, a laundry room, and ample storage, to name a few.

Along with the huge wine fridge and breakfast nook (we’re swooning, too!), the bathrooms are something of a dream. With a soaking tub, walk-in steam shower, and more, it’s a mystery how anyone would leave the spa-level rooms.

Check out the photos of the Real Housewives of New York star’s former and Levy’s soon-to-be former home below (and make sure to see more photos and details at Dirt!)
