‘Modern Family’ Star Ariel Winter Is Ditching LA for This Serene $2.9 Million Tennessee Farmhouse — See Photos!

As a celebrity, living in Hollywood may feel like way too much. From the constant paparazzi to the multitude of fans looking at you everywhere you go, many stars have spoken out about the strain of being constantly watched. Most recently, Ariel Winter, who’s known for her longtime role as Alex Dunphy on Modern Family, decided to leave her LA life behind to find a calmer, more peaceful lifestyle.

According to Dirt, the actress just bought a new 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms home in College Grove, Tennessee – about 34 miles from Nashville. Records show she bought the property for $2.9 million with her boyfriend Luke Benward (the two have been together since 2019, Cosmopolitan reports).

The home itself is almost brand new, built in 2020 by Luna Custom homes. Perks of the place include an attached three-car garage, a spacious driveway, and two floors that span a little more than 5,200 square feet. On the first floor, an open-concept space joins the living room, dining room, and quartz-clad kitchen all in one. The kitchen, of course, is decked out with stainless appliances, an eat-in island, and a walk-in butler’s pantry.

Also on the first floor is the master bedroom with a private porch, walk-in closet, and dual vanities. The other many bedrooms are spread across the first and second floors. Also on the second floor is a big den and a bookshelf-lined office that opens to a patio.

From the photos, it’s clear to see that Winter will have everything she’s looking for escaping LA life: calm with a bit of luxury! Check out some pics below and for more information, head to Dirt‘s coverage!
