Following his split from Kim Kardashian and possible budding relationship with model Emily Ratajkowski, it looks like Pete Davidson is open to another big change in his life: selling his Staten Island condo. Reported by Dirt on Dec. 6, the Saturday Night Live alum has put his seventh-floor apartment on the market for just under $1.3 million.
The home was bought by the Meet Cute star two years ago for a close price tag at $1.2 million.
The corner unit, which has two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, covers almost 1,600 square feet and has everything you could want (and more) from a two bedroom: up-lit coved ceiling moldings, in-ceiling speakers, a cozy outdoor balcony, and a breath-taking view to the Bay that can see in almost every room.
Other highlights of the property include a newly remodeled bathroom attached to the master bedroom and a decked-out kitchen with a quartz countertop and peninsula snack bar.
In the bedrooms, pastel colors make them standout with the master painted a soft green and the secondary bedroom in a dusty pink. We love a good surprise! In the primary, in addition to the fun paint color, you can also find a walk-in closet and access of the coveted balcony.
In addition to all the perks inside doors, the apartment is also a part of a building full of facilities, called The Accolade. Among the amenities are a clubhouse, a health club, and a tennis court.
