Even though Sandra Bullock may have unofficially stepped away from acting earlier this year, she’s still making some major bank.
Reported by Dirt, The Lost City star just sold her lavish avocado ranch in Valley Center, CA, which she’s owned since 2007. According to records obtained by the outlet, the Oscar-winner sold the property for $5.6 million, more than twice of the $2.725 million she paid 15 years ago.
Sold to a “dental administrative services tycoon,” the 5,938 square feet home, which has four bedrooms and six bathrooms, is located in a scenic 91-acre land.
Among the main features of the home, which is uniquely separated in three parcels, are the wraparound stone-paved courtyard, a water fountain in the center of the home, and a whopping nine fireplaces (six inside and three outside)! The home is ultra-modern too with high-tech security, a comprehensive home automation system, solar panels and an electric car charging station.
Other note-worthy features are the four en-suite bedrooms, a dining room with its very own wet bar, and farmhouse-style kitchen with an imported range. In the vast outdoor area, flagstone terraces look over the expansive piece of land.
Speaking of the land, there are about 1,200 avocado trees planted on the property as well as a variety of citrus trees. To keep it all running smoothly, there’s a workshop for farm equipment and three-bedroom, two bathroom detached home for the caretaker and a total of seven water meters across the area.
