Whether they like it or not, Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner have to move out of their luxurious Miami condo in the Arte building. The couple, who settled here after Donald Trump lost the 2020 presidential election, have been renting the glamorous residence while their reported Indian Creek Island mansion was built. There doesn’t seem to be any progress on construction, so it’s unclear where they will land once the condo is sold for a whopping $18.8 million.
The Arte building is all about A-list amenities for its super-rich residents. That means Ivanka, Jared, and their three children, Arabella, 11, Joseph, 9, and Theodore, 6, probably made the most of the indoor pool and the playroom while mom and dad Miley enjoyed the wellness center, complete with a yoga studio, steam room, and a gym. If that wasn’t enough, there is a recreation room, an outdoor pool, a meditation pond, and tennis courts for a day of love-set-match.
While interior photos of their 7,000-square-foot condo aren’t available (bummer), there is one snapshot of the couple’s ocean view — of course, it’s spectacular. We are sure they enjoyed every minute of living in the six-bedroom, seven-and-a-half-bathroom home, but it’s time to move on. See where Ivanka and Jared called home over the last few years, and check out more photos at Dirt.
