Mario Lopez has an impressive TV career, and apparently a hefty real estate portfolio too! According to Dirt, the Saved By the Bell alum just sold his three-story Burbank home for $2.1 million, just a bit below his original asking price of $2.35 million.
The Spanish Villa, which belonged to Lopez since his $1.35 million purchase in 2004, has over 4,400 square feet and is undoubtedly Mediterranean-inspired. Unique features of the home include curlicued wrought iron stair railings on the stairs, polished medium-brown oak floorboards, and vintage-inspired light fixtures.
The five bedroom and five bathroom home might need a little TLC to modernize it, but in the end would be perfect for any small family. While one bedroom is discretely located behind the garage, making it a great guest bedroom, all the others are in the third floor (aka Upper Level in the blueprint). The master bedroom features a cedar-lined closet, a balcony with a breathtaking view, and a bathroom decked out with steam shower, jetted tub and bidet.
On the main level on the second floor, the formal living and dining rooms have plenty of space to entertain while the updated kitchen with an eat-in island becomes cooking central. The floor also includes a family room and a wet bar that connects to the party-ready backyard.
Speaking of backyard, the al fresco space immediately transports you to Italy. Some highlights include the countless palm trees, the swimming pool and spa encircled by extensive terracing and a four-tier fountain. Luxury at its finest!
