When Eric Decker retired from the NFL back in 2018, he and his wife Jessie James Decker were excited to finally settle down in one place. After all, because Eric played for the Denver Broncos, New York Jets, Tennessee Titans, and New England Patriots, the family of five had to move around quite a lot.
Talking to People in 2019, the parents to three kids Vivianne, 8, Eric Jr., 7 and Forrest, 4, discussed their new 6 bedroom and 11 bathroom home in Nashville. “We do not plan on moving anymore, we’ve moved a lot,” the country singer said. “We keep saying this is the forever home, and it’s every dream we’ve ever had.”
Now, almost four years later, it looks like the Decker family is ready for a change yet again as they listed the home for $10.3 million, Dirt reported. Not only are they ready to sell, they’re looking for a profit too. According to Dirt, the couple is asking for $6 million more than they paid back in spring 2019.
The home’s top features also include a gourmet kitchen with dual islands, a master bath with dual vanities and oasis on the outside with an expansive grass lawn, a geothermal-heated pool and an al fresco area for entertaining. Everything a big family could ever ask for!
High Contrast
All throughout the home, white walls elegantly contrast the dark wooden beams in the ceilings and dark wood windows and doors all around.
Music Central
Though you don’t have to be a musician to buy this home, it sure would be great. Looking at this piano in the corner of this light-filled room, we think there’s no better way to rehearse and show off your skills to your family.
Dual Islands
“I’ve found a lot of times when I have one big island I’ve been trying to cut things and chop and then trying to serve and entertain at the same time and it just doesn’t work,” Jessie told People back in 2019. “So having two islands is going to be a game changer at our new house.” Talk about a decked-out kitchen!
Among the Trees
With the master bedroom located on the upper level of the home, floor-to-ceiling windows make the room feel like it’s in the middle of the trees.
Kids Paradise
The playroom basement has everything little kids could ever want, from a rock climbing wall to a screening corner for the ultimate movie nights.
Space to Spare
In the outside area, there’s everything kids and their parents could ever want. It’s the ultimate space to entertain too, no matter the occasion.
