Over the years, Tom Ford has cemented that he has great taste in fashion, makeup, and movies, but this time he’s proving the same goes for his real estate! Per reporting from Dirt, the fashion designer just closed a deal and bought a luxurious home in Palm Beach, FL, for a whopping price tag of $51 million.
Covering almost an acre of land, the home includes the main house of two single-story structures and a detached guesthouse. The five-bedroom and seven-bathroom home, which spans over 10,000 square feet, also has a central courtyard accessible from just about every angle through a plethora of classic French doors.
Inside the home, highlights include a music room and the seamlessly connected dining and family rooms to the kitchen. Outside, a lap pool and al fresco entertainment area overlook the Mario Nievera-designed landscape.
In addition, the home is also ultra-sustainable with 230 solar panels around the house with flush strips of grass designed to help absorb heat, as well as fresh-air ventilation, water-collection, and water-purification systems.
