Scrubs alum Donald Faison and his longtime wife CaCee Cobb just made a major real estate move together: they bought a new home! According to new records obtained by Dirt, the couple went slightly above the asking price at $3.2 million for a two-story family home in the Tarzana neighborhood of Los Angeles, CA.
The home, which was built in 1980 but has been thoroughly renovated since, is tucked away in a private cul-de-sac with only a small number of other houses – the best case scenario for a celebrity like Faison. Also perfect for the actor is the sheer amount of bedrooms and bathrooms (six each) given Faison’s six children. Maybe it’s his lucky number?
Inside the home, the fireside living room and formal dining room are bright and airy with large glass windows and French doors spilling to the backyard all around. This floor also includes a family room with relaxing bay window seating and a fully decked-out kitchen with heated floors, an eat-in island, custom Poggenpohl cabinetry, both electric and gas ranges, three ovens, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, wine fridge, and built-in coffeemaker. Talk about a chef’s dream!
Upstairs in this 5,000 square feet home, the master bedroom features dual vanities, a dressing area, a soaking tub, and a steam shower. If that isn’t cool enough, there’s also a speakeasy-style library/screening room right next to the master to become the ultimate movie night spot. Oh, and did I mention the built-in popcorn machine?
Outside, there’s a natural rock black-bottom pool, a jacuzzi, a flagstone terrace, a fire pit, and a sports court. An activity for each of his kids!
