James Corden Officially Says Goodbye to His L.A. Life as He Sells His Opulent New England-Style Mansion for $17 Million – See Photos!

In April of last year, late-night show host James Corden unexpectedly announced he would be leaving The Late Late Show after a more than eight-year tenure. “It’s been it’s a really hard decision to leave because I’m so immensely proud of the show,” Corden told Deadline at the time.

Then, in February of this year, Corden proved he was ready to move on as he put his New England-style home up for sale. Per documents obtained by Dirt at the time, Corden and his wife Julia Carey originally listed their Brentwood, CA, place for $22 million, more than double what they paid back in 2017. Now, many months later, their home finally found a new owner for a significantly reduced price tag of $17.1 million, Dirt reports.

As for the home itself, the New England-style property is filled with entertainment and family-friendly spaces like a fireside living, a breakfast nook, a formal dining room, and a breathtaking kitchen with deep blue cabinets.

Also in the 8,000 square feet home is an ultra-modern movie theater, a library, and a family room that opens up to the outdoors. Speaking of outside, the private backyard includes a built-in playset, in-ground trampoline, and dual lawns. For the adults in the house, there’s also an alfresco dining area, a pool with a spa, and Baja shelf.

Check out some photos of the home and its details below and for more head over to Dirt‘s coverage!
