Paris Hilton Signs Long-Term Lease on Grand Beverly Park Mansion With a Full ‘Entertainment Wing’ Worth $160K/Month

Now that Paris Hilton and husband Carter Reum have welcomed their first child together, the new family of three is looking for the perfect place to start their new chapter. According to reports from Dirt, Hilton and Reum have signed a long-term lease to rent a fabulous Beverly Park mansion. The home, which was last sold in 2021 for $21.5 million, will serve as the family’s new place for the hefty price tag of $160,000 per month.

Built in the 1990s and spanning over 3.6 acres, the home screams Hollywood celebrity from every angle. In its exterior, stone columns and a fountain make for the most luxurious welcome. Inside, a large fireside living room seamlessly connects to the outside patio while the family room (which also has a fireplace) features a wet bar perfect for entertaining.

In the seven-bedroom and 11.5-bathroom home, the master bedroom features dual baths, dual walk-in closets, and a balcony that has views of the backyard. Also upstairs is an “entertainment wing” with a theater room and wet bar.

Outside, the home features a pool, two spas, a pool house and a covered patio ideal for al fresco dining. And, if the Hilton-Reum’s are into sports, there’s also an AstroTurf tennis court.

Check out some pictures of the home below and for more head over to Dirt‘s coverage.
