After a long-winding house hunt for almost two years, newlyweds Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have finally selected their forever home. According to TMZ and Dirt, the two are officially in escrow in a Hamptons-style home in the Pacific Palisades, CA. Though their transaction didn’t hit the books just yet, the home was listed less than a month ago for $34.5 million.
The home, which spans over one acre and has seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, offers all the space and luxury their blended family might need. The main features of the home include fireside dining and living rooms, a movie theater, a gym, a wine cellar, and what’s described in the listing as a “health spa.” In the kitchen, Affleck will be able to enjoy his Dunkin’ Donuts and much more with a high-end gourmet kitchen. In the master bedroom, there’s a sitting area, dual bathrooms, dual closets, and a balcony overlooking the lush backyard. Talk about the perfect place for the “Bennifer” family!
Outside, features only continue with a covered patio perfect for al fresco dining, an outdoor kitchen for family meals overlooking the backyard, and a detached guest house with its own kitchen, living room, dining room, and bedroom. Perfect for the kids, the property also has a pool and an expansive grass lawn for just about any type of activity.

Believe it or not, Lopez and Affleck’s new home has a whopping four separate kitchens. If they don’t like cooking already, we bet they will soon!
Couple’s Paradise
With high vaulted ceilings and a private balcony, this master bedroom is perfect for a newlywed couple like Lopez and Affleck.
Family Favorites
With a large blended family like theirs, we’re guessing this space will become their favorite area: kids playing on the lawn while the parents entertain in the covered balcony.
