It seems Anna Kendrick is ready to say goodbye to one of her properties in Los Angeles, specifically a three-bedroom, four-bathroom home in Beachwood Canyon, Calif — kind of. It seems that while she already has an impressive real estate portfolio, she’s ready to also be a landlord. So while Kendrick won’t be living in this secluded haven, she does still own it (and it could be any fans if they’re willing to spend around $13,000 a month!)
Now, thePitch Perfectstar originally bought it for around $1 million in 2012, and after over a decade, she’s ready to somewhat part with it. Along with being secluded and boasting nearly 3,000 square feet, it has so much gorgeous detailing throughout the 1930s home.
From stunning stainless steel appliances that top chefs would swoon over to wooden detailing in every corner, this place is the definition of a modern, cottagecore haven. We don’t think this house will be on the market for too long, so we want to see everything we can before it’s officially off the market.
