Engaged lovebirds Lana Condor and Anthony De La Torre are taking another major step together: they’re moving back to California! After moving to Seattle a few years ago to be closer to the actress’ family, Condor and De La Torre are headed back to the West Coast after purchasing a chic home in Encino, Los Angeles for $2.9 million, per Dirt.
Built in the late 1990s, the single-story home is unique even from the outside with a cupola right above the front door. Inside the property, two fireside living rooms make for the ultimate place to bring guests while a formal dining room provides the perfect spot for fun dinners and date nights. The home, which has five bedrooms and an equal amount of bathrooms, also includes a spacious eat-in kitchen with a five-burner stovetop and two double-drawer dishwashers. Who knew people could have two of them?
Outside of the almost half acre home is a spacious loggia to enjoy the Californian breeze, a sophisticated fountain, and a swimming pool with its very own spa right next to a covered dining patio and built-in grill. Talk about al fresco living!
Check out some pictures of the home below and for more head to Dirt‘s full coverage!
