Savannah Guthrie and her husband, Michael Feldman, are on the move as they sell their gorgeously decorated Manhattan condo in the coveted neighborhood of Tribeca. We don’t know where they are going, but they aren’t going to turn a profit on this lovely masterpiece since they are selling it for just as much as they bought it for over five years ago: $7.1 million. Toss in the renovations and interior decorating fees they paid, and the Today Show host is definitely taking a hit on this real estate deal.
Whoever buys the property will get a “turnkey, one-of-a-kind home,” according to the listing, via Dirt. The 3,725-square-foot unit boasts four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms in the loft-style space. The home has high ceilings with stunning glass doors that separate each room — it’s an architectural delight! The chef’s kitchen has top-of-the-line appliances with an informal dining area just off to the side (and don’t worry, there’s a formal dining room when Hoda Kotb and Jenna Bush Hager come over.).
The listing doesn’t share what amenities come with building, but with a steep $12,000 in monthly fees, let’s hope that there’s a gym and a concierge on the property. Guthrie and Feldman also own a 20-acre country home in the Hudson Valley, so perhaps they are putting their city life on hold for a bit. Check out their lovely NYC condo that they call home (for now) — don’t miss the adorably pink kid’s room — and be sure to view more photos of the residence at Dirt.
Gourmet Kitchen
The sophisticated island offers the perfect opportunity for guests to pull up a chair and chat with the chef while dinner is cooking.
Open and Airy
The living room has plenty of areas to sit and chat or Netflix and chill in front of the TV — it’s a genius use of space.
Dining in Style
The formal dining room is a dramatic space for any dinner party — we can just picture Al Roker, and Carson Daly gathering around this table with a glass of wine.
Deliciously Pink
This blush-pink kid’s room most likely belonged to Guthrie’s daughter, Vale. It’s a fabulous use of space with built-in storage and wonderful natural light pouring in.
Serene Space
The primary suite doesn’t look very dramatic, but the soothing colors and fireplace in front of the bed make it a cozy place to sleep.
Walls of Marble
The stark, but clean, lines of the primary bathroom show off the gorgeous marble walls and countertops.
Rock-Star Closet
The walls of shelving opposite the hanging racks make this a dreamy boutique-style close that’s perfect for any fashionista.
