Bradley Cooper Lists Charming L.A. Bungalow With a Vine-Encrusted Exterior for $2.4 Million – See Inside!

Much like celebrity marriages, celebrity home ownerships don’t always last as long as you’d expect. Ellen DeGeneres and her wife Portia de Rossi, for example, are notorious for buying million-dollar homes only to sell them a few months later for a profit. So, when homes belong to celebrities for quite a while, like Bradley Cooper‘s home since 2004 that he’s just listed, you know the place is going to be packed with history as well as being the height of luxury.

Cooper’s on-sale bungalow, located in Venice, L.A., and listed for $2.4 million, is quite literally the definition of enchanting and charming. Built in 1921, the two-bedroom and two-bathroom home has all the privacy an Oscar-nominated actor like Cooper could want with a perfectly kept high hedge on the exterior that protects the courtyard-style front yard.

On the inside, the living and dining rooms seamlessly connect with the kitchen in an open-concept space while French doors open the great room to the outdoors.

In the backyard, however, is where the home’s most beautiful feature really shines – the whole back façade of the home is almost entirely vine-encrusted and it’s a true sight to see. Also outside are plenty of entertainment spaces including a built-in barbecue, fire pit, an al fresco dining area, and a hot tub. This home is currently being listed by Diana Braun at Compass.
