There have been a host of star-studded, fashionable events in the past week, from the 2023 Met Gala to King Charles’ coronation. But we cannot let the stunning looks from the second annual Gold House Gala from over the weekend go unnoticed. The Gala honored 100 Asian Pacific leaders and allies who have made a positive impact on American culture, including Sandra Oh, Ke Huy Quan, and Eva Longoria.
The gala celebrating achievements by the AAPI community took place on May 6 in Los Angeles at the Music Center. And despite the metallic moniker of Gold House, many celebrities opted for classic black and white looks, while others took this moment to rock a pop of color. Here are all the best looks from the 2023 Gold Gala hosted by Gold House.
Eva Longoria
Eva Longoria stunned with a classic LBD complete with a modern, shimmering silver neckline trim. Longoria was the recipient of the first Gold Ally Award at the event. “I’m so proud of all the achievements of the AAPI community and I’m proud to be an ally 💪🏽,” the Desparate Housewives star wrote on Instagram.
Ke Huy Quan
Everything Everywhere All At Once’s Ke Huy Quan had embroidered gold flowers everywhere — or at least on his classic suit jacket.
“Can’t believe another year has passed. It feels like I was just there at the inaugural event. This year’s Gold Gala is even bigger and better. I love seeing my #AAPI community continue to thrive. Congratulations to all the honorees! Thank you Gold House 🙏🏻,” Quan wrote on Instagram (alongside a cute photo with Sandra Oh!)
Sandra Oh
A pop of color! Sandra Oh broke the mold with her silky pink and green look, complete with dark pink pumps. Does this scream “Spring” to anyone else? She and other celeb women over 40 really rock the red carpet!

Everything Everywhere All At Once’s Stephanie Hsu traded in her character Jobu Topaki’s off-the-wall style for this white dress with so much movement.
Tan France
