Looks like Drake is going home — just not to this massive Beverly Hills mansion anymore. The rapper put the impressive 24,260-square foot home on the market for $88 million, just a little over a year after purchasing for $75 million back in March 2022.
The updated Mediterranean style mansion boasts so many covetable features that it’s hard to know where to start. The house has 10 bedrooms, 22 bathrooms, and an 11-car garage — plus a motorcourt for guests to park. There’s a wine cellar, gym, an upstairs retreat complete with a private balcony overlooking the canyon, and a guesthouse. And of course, any estate this large requires a host of maintenance, which is why there is a staff wing as well.
Spanning nearly 20 acres, the estate also has a full tennis court, a secluded orchard, and multiple outdoor entertaining spaces that feature an outdoor kitchen and swimming pool. While there’s no word on where Drake will call home next, chances are it could be his Toronto manor home.
