When it comes to celebrities’ real estate portfolios, buying one home doesn’t necessarily selling another. Former TV host Ellen DeGeneres and her wife Portia de Rossi, for example, juggle many properties all at once, for either a renovation, a long-term investment, or just something in between. For Top Gun: Maverick star Miles Teller and his wife Keleigh, however, he’s making sure there’s no juggling taking place as the couple starts a new chapter from one place to another. After all, there are millions on the line!
In April of this year, Teller bought a beautiful Pacific Palisades home for $7.5 million. Now, close to two months since, he has put his former home, a gorgeous Spanish-style Studio City house, officially on the market for $5.7 million, Dirt reports.
Miles and Keleigh’s former home, built in 2016, features a stucco and terracotta roof structure and has five bedrooms and seven baths. Among its main features are hardwood floors, wood-beam ceilings, and designer light fixtures throughout.
On the inside of the home, a formal dining room features a cool wall-to-wall wine display while the fireside family room has glass doors that open up to the outside. In the kitchen, there’s everything a home cook could want with custom cabinetry, an eat-in island, top-tier Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, a butler’s pantry, and an accompanying breakfast nook. In the primary bedroom, there’s a decorative accent wall, balcony, and walk-in closet. The property also includes a tiered movie theater and an en-suite bedroom that was used by the Tellers as a fitness room.
On the outside, in addition to a pool, spa, and grassy lawn, there’s also an open-air cabana with its own lounge area, fireplace, and full bath.
