In addition to being in film and TV show hits, and being a part of Hollywood’s most beloved couples, Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello aren’t opposed to making some real estate profit too. On May 23, the loved-up couple re-listed their Italian-style Beverly Hills villa for $18 million, Dirt reports.
The home, which was purchased by the Modern Family star back in 2014 for $7.9 million and was listed once before last year, has seven bedrooms and a whopping 11 bathrooms. The creamy stucco and terracotta-roof structure, which spans 11,400 square feet, is described as “refined and romantic” in the original listing.
Among the home’s main features are a double-height foyer with a gorgeous curving staircase, a family room with French doors opening up to the outside and a gourmet kitchen decked out with a center island and a charming breakfast nook.
On the top floor, you’ll find all the home’s bedrooms, including the master suite with dual closets and spa-inspired baths. On the lower level is where the party starts with a wet bar, a wine cellar, a wine-tasting room, a 10-seat movie theater, a gym and a sauna. This is starting to sound like a hotel, right?
On the outdoors, the amenities continue with a pool and spa, al fresco dining areas and a grassy lawn.
