Actress, comedian, activist, and TV host Rosie O’Donnell is saying out with the old and in with the new as she lists her incredible Manhattan penthouse apartment on the market for $8.2 million, Dirt reports.
The apartment, first bought by O’Donnell in 2017 for $8 million, features four bedrooms and three bathrooms on its two floors and spans approximately 3,600 square feet (a rarity in Manhattan). Among the home’s many features are the floor-to-ceiling windows on the first floor that overlook the Turtle Bay area, a great room with a black granite fireplace, a wet bar perfect for entertaining, and a kitchen with a whopping 33-foot-long stainless-steel and wood island.
The bedrooms, which are located half on the main floor and half on the top floor, are all connected through an incredible sculptural staircase.
Continuing up on the stairs, there’s an incredible 1,600-square-foot roof terrace perfect for enjoying the New York summer. In addition to some patio furniture to lounge around, the area also includes a small rooftop room with a mini kitchen including a fridge, a wine cooler, and a microwave.
