Rod Stewart Lists Luxurious Beverly Park Mansion Inspired By the English Country for $70 Million – See Inside!

Rod Stewart is moving to the outskirts of town — or at least out of his stunning Beverly Park estate — and hoping to make a pretty penny off it, Dirt reports.

The 78-year-old rocker just listed his massive European-style compound, which is nestled in an exclusive gated community known for some of the most expensive celebrity homes, for $70 million. Stewart has called the sprawling, 33,000-square foot estate home since 1991 when he purchased it for roughly $12.1 million. The luxurious estate was custom-designed by Richard Landry and features a main “house” that boasts 28,500 square feet of living space and a 4,500-square foot guest house, which boast a combined 13 bedrooms and 19 bathrooms. The two structures sit on 3 fully landscaped acres, meant to mimic the English countryside.

As for the main house’s amenities, they are nothing short of decadent. There’s a wine room, a wood-paneled library, an in-house speakeasy for after dinner drinks, and not one but two marble bathrooms connected to the mansion’s primary suite. All of the walls are currently adorned with priceless oil paintings, and the amount of marble that runs throughout the house must cost more than the average American’s home.
