In between practice sessions and spending time with the kids, Patrick Mahomes and his wife Brittany are getting ready for a major change: selling their spacious Ranch-style home in Missouri. According to Dirt, the football family just listed the property for $2.9 million, about a million more than what they paid for the place back in 2019.
The home, which was built in the 1950s, was heavily renovated during their tenure and consists of three bedrooms and four bathrooms among its 4,800 square feet. Among the home’s main features are an open-concept floorplan, blonde hardwood floors, and walls of glass throughout the home that open up to the outside.
As for the home’s amenities, there’s a family room decked out with a fireplace and wet bar, a chef’s kitchen with an eat-in island, top-tier stainless appliances and a range hood, a media room for plenty of family movie nights and a totally updated sunroom overlooking the backyard. In the master bedroom, amenities only continue with dual custom showroom-style closets, a gigantic soaking tub and a fireplace.
Outdoors, there are plenty of spaces to make memories with a firepit, a putting green and a heated pool. Talk about a small family’s dream home!
