As one of the most highly-anticipated movies of the year, it’s no wonder that all eyes are on theBarbie red carpet premieres. And though the cast, including Margot Robbie, Ryan Gosling and America Ferrera, and director Greta Gerwig, are making their rounds in premieres all across the globe, the Los Angeles premiere on July 9 took the celebration to a whole other level.
At the premiere, stars from all over joined to celebrate the long-awaited movie. Among the guests on the carpet beyond the star-studded cast were Nicki Minaj, Dua Lipa, Gal Gadot, Karrueche Tran, Ava Max, and many others.
As for their outfits, the stars really pulled out all the stops. Although Barbie-core pink was of course seen in many looks, stars also embraced with Barbie doll element in some looks, including Shay Mitchell’s and Billie Eilish’s, which made them look like larger-than-life real-life dolls.

Margot Robbie
Like many of her other world tour looks, Margot Robbie recreated a classic Barbie look for the carpet. For this premiere, Robbie looked like an exact replica of 1960’s “Solo in the Spotlight” Barbie in this black strapless custom Schiaparelli gown.
Nicki Minaj
Nicki Minaj, who has long called herself and her fans “Barbies,” was also in attendance. The rapper wowed in this lavender two-piece from Alaïa.
Ryan Gosling
Barbie‘s resident hunk Ryan Gosling looked as dapper as ever in this Gucci pink suit with a light pink button-down and an “E” necklace in honor of his wife, Eva Mendes.
America Ferrera
America Ferrera embraced the pink in this dusty pink custom St. John two-piece set.
Dua Lipa
Dua Lipa confidently freed the nipple in this metallic Bottega Veneta mesh dress with white underwear underneath.
Dove Cameron
Dove Cameron embraced the baby pink in this peplum Ellie Misner gown with a pastel pink top and mermaid black bottom.
Greta Gerwig
Barbie director Greta Gerwig showed everyone that there’s no such thing as too much pink in this Valentino ensemble comprised of a dress, blazer, heels and matching bag.
Karrueche Tran
Karrueche Tran absolutely wowed in this Christian Siriano skirt and bra with colorful warm-toned accessorizes that pulled it all together.
Trixie Mattel
With Mattel as her last name, RuPaul’s Drag Race Trixie Mattel was of course in attendance. The All-Stars winner looked gorgeous in this metallic pink ruffled mini dress paired with her signature hairdo and makeup.
Xochitl Gomez
Xochitl Gomez took the theme to heart in this stunning black and white Dolce & Gabbana strapless dress with matching black gloves and an elegant lace umbrella.
Christina Hall
Christina Hall had her own Angelina Jolie leg moment on the carpet in this pink, blue and silver dress with an ultra-high slit.
Issa Rae
Issa Rae, who plays President Barbie in the movie, showed bright pink is her color in this custom Marc Bouwer dress with a keyhole cutout.
H.E.R.
H.E.R. perfectly showed off her curves on the carpet in this figure-hugging mini-dress decked out in colorful gems.
Billie Eilish
Billie Eilish, on the other hand, opted for a looser look in this pink pinstripe took, wide-leg pants and oversized bags and sneakers.
Ashley Graham
Ashley Graham and Margot Robbie rocked similar vibes on the carpet as Graham wowed in this ruffled black dress with polka-dotted tulle details.
Gal Gadot
Gal Gadot showed off her toned legs (and some side boob) in this pinstripe white and brown JW Anderson mini-dress.
