Sydney Sweeney & Her Fiancé Are Getting Ready for a Major Renovation as They Buy a 1930’s Bel Air Estate for $6.2 Million – See Photos!

In addition to starring in ultra-popular shows like White Lotus and Euphoria, working on films like The Voyeurs and an upcoming rom-com with Glen Powell that has already stirred up a scandal, and becoming the spokesperson for brands like Laneige and Frankies Bikinis, Sydney Sweeney has impressively also had time to look for a new home too!

As reported by Dirt, the actress and her businessman fiancé Jonathan Davino have just bought a $6.2 million 1930s home in Bel Air. Per the outlet, Sweeney and Davino got their new home after a bidding war between buyers which meant they ended up paying a whopping quarter of a million dollars over the asking price. Talk about really wanting it!

Regarding the home itself, the listing contains no interior photos and the exterior photos of the property aren’t much to marvel at either. According to Dirt, the 5 bedroom and 4 bathroom home’s two stories and its separate guesthouse are said to be “likely teardown candidates” in the listing. Although the couple’s plan for their new place hasn’t yet been revealed, other homes in the area cost upward of $20 million so, per the listing, it provides an “excellent opportunity for full-scale new construction.”

So, as Sweeney and Davino prepare for a possible total renovation or teardown, we can look at the limited pictures we have and try to imagine what it could become. Check out some pictures below and for more head to Dirt for their complete coverage!
