Heather & Terry Dubrow Buy Picturesque Beverly Hills Mansion Once Owned by Dino De Laurentiis – See Photos!

As we’d all expect, many of the sprawling mansions in Beverly Hills are passed down from one celebrity to another. Most recently, that proved to be true as Martha and Dino De Laurentiis‘ longtime mansion was bought by Real Housewives of Orange County star Heather Dubrow and her husband, Botched star Terry Debrow.

The Dubrows’ new home, which they plan to thoroughly renovate in the next three years, is a spacious structure in Beverly Hills that has incredible views from Downtown L.A. to the Pacific Ocean. The home, which has five bedrooms and nine baths, spans almost 6,000 square feet and sits in a 6-acre parcel above Benedict Canyon.

Among the highlights of the property, which was sold for $16.1 million, is a double-height foyer with a movie-worthy dual staircase, a sun-drenched living room with French doors that open up to the backyard, and a wood-clad kitchen that features stone countertops, an eat-in peninsula and high-end stainless appliances. The master retreat was certainly another major selling point with its very own sitting area, private balcony, and dual walk-in closets and baths, as well as being connected to an office and a gym/media room.

Outdoors, amenities only continue with a pool, a hot top, an al fresco kitchen, a full-size tennis court and an attached three-car garage. What more could you want?
