All of Reese Witherspoon’s Looks at the Critics Choice Awards, From 2006 to Now

This is not a drill: Reese Witherspoon is at tonight’s Critics Choice Awards!

Back in 2006, Witherspoon won a Critics Choice Award for her role in Walk the Line, and was nominated twice more: once in 2015 for Best Actress for Wild and in 2018 for Best Actress in a Movie Made for Television or Limited Series for her role in Big Little Lies. Fast forward to 2024, and she’s been nominated for Best Actress in a Drama Series for her role in the hit AppleTV+ show The Morning Show.

Something we’ve noticed is that, unlike many stars, she shows up to the Critics Choice Awards every time she’s nominated. So that’s why she made her first appearance at the awards ceremony in six years.

While she typically looks like sunshine on the red carpet, she actually shakes things up at the Critics Choice Awards. Each year she’s been in attendance, she’s worn a primarily black look and touselled hair, a dark and sexy turn from her usual looks. (Let’s face it, no matter what she wears, we love it all)!
