If the 2023 award show season taught us anything, perhaps beside the fact that everyone should watch Everything Everywhere All at Once, it’s that women over 50 are still dominating the film and TV industry. In addition to winning some of the biggest awards of the year, like Michelle Yeoh‘s first-time Oscar win or Jennifer Coolidge‘s history-making win at the Emmy Awards, they also commanded the red carpets.
Among our favorites from the awards last year were, for example, Angela Bassett’s gorgeous silver gown at the Golden Globes and Cate Blanchett’s striking blue velvet number at the 95th annual Academy Awards.
So, at tonight’s Screen Actors Guild Awards, which will be live-streamed on Netflix, we’re keeping a special eye on all the stars who are 50+ on the carpet. From Jodie Foster to Jennifer Aniston, check them all out below!
