It is fashion’s biggest night, and our favorite stars from all over the world have come to wow and amaze on the red carpet. Every year, we see a slew of celebrities rock looks that are the definition of sensational, and this year‘s Met Gala is no different (especially with the ethereal theme this year)!
This year, for the 2024 Met Gala, the theme is “The Garden of Time,” which was inspired by the Costume Institute’s new exhibit, “Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion.” So, while the theme and dress code are open-ended, we expected floral looks, poignant looks, and rather stunning gowns, and that’s exactly what we got!
From the floral ensembles to showstopping looks we won’t forget about anytime soon, this year’s Met Gala gave fans everything they desired (and more!)

Mona Patel was an ethereal goddess on the red carpet, wowing everyone in this Iris Van Herpen gown that had butterfly cuffs that actually moved!
Tyla
Tyla was one of the best-dressed of the night as she represented the sands of time, in a custom Balmain gown that was literally made of sand.
Amelia Gray
Amelia Gray rocked this terrarium-style yellow mini-dress from Undercover, which also glows in the dark.
Quannah Chasinghorse
Quannah Chasinghorse was an in-real-life princess in this custom blue H&M ballgown, which represents the blooming of a forget-me-not flower, also known as the state flower for Alaska. She also donned beautiful native, custom jewelry from Heather Dickson of Dickson Designs.
Zendaya
That’s right, Zendaya did a whole costume change, and turned heads in this gothic vintage gown, which was paired with a vibrant floral-clad hat. It’s actually a Givenchy dress from 1996.
Queen Latifah
Queen Latifah’s elaborate black, orange-flower-covered Thom Browne look was such a serve.
Karlie Kloss
Karlie Kloss’s sparkling floral and vine-covered pink custom Swarovski dress was so dreamy.
